Return and Refund Policy

This Return Policy applies to all purchases made from After The Shift LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

 

1. Made-to-Order Products

All products are made-to-order through our production partners.

Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect sizing

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Change of mind

Please review sizing charts carefully before placing your order.

 

2. Eligible Returns & Replacements

We will replace or refund items only if:

  • The item arrives damaged

  • The item is defective

  • You receive the wrong item

 

3. Reporting an Issue

To be eligible for a replacement or refund, you must:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Provide your order number

  • Include clear photo evidence of the issue

Failure to provide required information may result in denial of your request.

 

4. Resolution Process

If your claim is approved, we will:

  • Send a replacement item at no additional cost, or

  • Issue a refund at our discretion

We reserve the right to determine the appropriate resolution.

 

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for returns or refunds:

  • Items with incorrect size selection

  • Minor print variations (color, placement, or shading differences)

  • Orders with incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

  • Items damaged due to improper care or misuse

 

6. Shipping Issues

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate shipping information

  • Ensuring a secure delivery location

 

Incorrect Address

If an incorrect address is provided at checkout:

  • We are not responsible for lost packages

  • Reshipping may require additional payment

 

7. Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders cannot be changed or canceled once they have entered production.

Please ensure all details are correct before placing your order.

 

8. Chargebacks & Disputes

By placing an order, you agree to contact us first to resolve any issue before initiating a chargeback.

Submitting a fraudulent chargeback may result in:

  • Permanent ban from future purchases

  • Submission of evidence to payment processors

  • Collection actions where permitted by law
