AFTER THE SHIFT CO GIVEAWAY -
Official Rules 

1. Sponsor
This giveaway is sponsored by After The Shift LLC (“Sponsor”), located in Florida, United States.

2. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years or older at the time of entry.
Void where prohibited by law.

3. Giveaway Period
The giveaway begins on April 14, 2026 and ends when 800 total entries are awarded.

4. How to Enter
A. Purchase Entry (Optional)
Participants may receive entries by purchasing products from After The Shift Co:

• Stickers = 1 entry

• T-Shirts = 5 entries

• Hoodies = 10 entries

B. Free Entry (No Purchase Necessary)
To enter without purchase, participants must:

1. Handwrite their full name, email address, phone number, and mailing address

2. Include the phrase: “After The Shift Co Giveaway Entry”

3. Mail it in a stamped envelope to:

Participants may email support@aftertheshiftco.com to notify Sponsor of their submitted mail-in entry. This step is not required for entry and does not increase chances of winning.
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected mail.
Each mail-in entry counts as one (1) entry. (limited to 1 free mail in entry per person)

5. Entry Limit
Maximum of 800 total entries will be accepted. Once the limit is reached, the giveaway will close.

6. Prize
One (1) winner will receive:

• 32 QT RTIC Hard Cooler

• 40 oz RTIC Tumbler

• After The Shift Co Deer Skull Hoodie (Unisex)

• After The Shift Co Tuna T-Shirt (Unisex)

• After The Shift Co Founders Edition Sticker

Approximate retail value: $300

Winner is responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes associated with prize receipt.

7. Winner Selection & Notification
The winner will be selected at random within 5 days after the giveaway ends.
The winner will be notified via email and/or phone.
If the winner does not respond within 72 hours, another winner may be selected.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

8. Shipping
Prize will be shipped at no cost to the winner within the United States.
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged shipments.

9. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the giveaway.

10. Release of Liability
By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless After The Shift Co LLC from any liability, injury, loss, or damage resulting from participation in the giveaway or acceptance/use of any prize.

11. Not Affiliated
This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, or any other platform.

12. Privacy
Information submitted will only be used for giveaway administration and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
